Funnier is made by Mittolabs. Using it means agreeing to what follows. It is meant to be short and readable rather than exhaustive.
Your account
You need to be 13 or older. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. You can delete your account whenever you like.
What you post
What you post stays yours. By posting it you let us show it in the app and let other people see, save and share it there. That permission ends when you delete the post, apart from copies other people have already saved.
Do not post anything that:
- is not yours to post;
- targets, harasses or threatens somebody;
- is sexual content involving children, or any other content that is illegal in Kenya;
- is designed to deceive people about who posted it.
Moderation
Anyone can report a post. We may remove anything that breaks the rules above and suspend accounts that keep breaking them. We will not always explain why in detail, but we will not do it arbitrarily either.
What we promise
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and working, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable, and we are not liable for losses arising from it being down or from something somebody else posted.
Ending it
You can stop using Funnier at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Kenya.
